Roy R. Gillespie Community Service Award Includes a Paul Harris Fellow in the name of the recipient. Presented at the Service Above Self Community Awards Luncheon. Created in Rotary Year 2003-04 Betsie Trew, President In addition to honoring worthy individuals, these awards help to promote the four avenues of Rotary service and provide a steady stream of support to the Rotary Foundation and the community (Vocational Service Award). The awards can also present an opportunity for public relations for our Club both in soliciting applications from the public and in the public announcement of the recipients. |
